CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. GRACE PERIOD We do have a 5 minute grace period, but if you can't make it in that 5 minute period we do ask for you to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule please do so online. We do have a policy for cancellation/ rescheduling and no shows, you will be charged 25% if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of your appointment, and there is a 50% charge for no show appointments as well. No refunds will be given or exceptions made. DEPOSITS If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards that specific date and time. The deposit is non transferrable meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you decide to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions.
