CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service total. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total.
